Fish &#8211; especially fresh and wild caught fish &#8211; is one of those rare foods that combines all the right answers. Two portions of fish a week provide the body with the necessary amount of omega-3 fatty acids, which are not produced by the body but are essential for our health. We know who catches our fish. We smoke and dry it ourselves.
