ORDERING
1. How to order?
To make a purchase, you must submit an order in the KALAKRATT online environment. In order to place an order, you must add the appropriate products to your shopping cart and click on the “Continue to checkout” button.
The buyer must choose whether to log in, register as a loyal customer or place an order as a guest. The Buyer then has to fill in the mandatory details and choose the appropriate delivery method.
In order to confirm the order, the Buyer must click on the bank account through which he/she wishes to pay for the selected products. The bank link service is provided by Maksekeskus AS (maksekeskus.ee), an authorised service provider. The Buyer will then be redirected to the payment environment to make the transfer. In order to finalise the order, the Buyer must click on “Back to merchant” after the payment to return to the Seller’s online environment.
After payment for the order, an order confirmation containing at least the order number will be automatically sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Buyer. By sending the Order Confirmation to the Buyer’s e-mail address, the sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded. Orders for which payment has been made by bank transfer shall be executed. If the Buyer interrupts the ordering process prior to payment, the order will not be processed.
Orders placed and purchases made by a Buyer who has registered as a loyal customer can be found in the “Orders” section of www.kalakratt.ee.
2. I cannot order online. What should I do?
Please send your purchase request in writing by e-mail to info@kalakratt.ee. Our customer service will assist you with the ordering process and will contact you if necessary.
3. Can products be returned?
In case of a defect, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller within 1 working day at the latest by sending an e-mail with the order number and a description of the problem to info@kalakratt.ee. The Seller shall not be liable for defects occurring after delivery of the goods to the Buyer. (e.g. deterioration of the goods due to incorrect storage temperatures).
If the Goods purchased from the Seller have material defects in the course of manufacture which the Seller accepts, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer all fees paid under the Sales Contract. The Seller shall reply to the Buyer’s complaint in writing or in a form which can be reproduced in writing within 3 working days.
Pursuant to Section 53(4)(4) of the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter LOA), there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for products that perish or become obsolete quickly. Disputes between the Seller and the Buyer shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the Buyer has the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board (Pronksi 12, Tallinn 10117, http://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) and the Consumer Disputes Committee (Pronksi 12, Tallinn 10117, http://www.komisjon.ee) for out-of-court settlement of the dispute or to the Harju County Court.
DELIVERY
1. What delivery methods does KALAKRATT offer?
KALAKRATT delivers orders within Estonia. For your convenience, you can choose the delivery method to the parcel machine of your choice:
- Omniva, DPD and SmartPost parcel machines.
- Pick up (KALAKRATT manufacture) – if you have selected “Pick up” when placing your order, please call us on +372 530 880 81 and we can arrange a time to pick up for you.
NB: Fresh fish products are not delivered to KALAKRATT vending machines, but can be picked up at the KALAKRATT production facility in Hiiumaa as a delivery method.
2. How can I track my order?
After you place your order, we will send a tracking link to your e-mail address.
This way, you’ll always know when your parcel arrives!
3. How much does delivery to a parcel machine cost?
The price of the Products ordered will be subject to the following transport charges:
- Delivery to Omniva and DPD parcel machines in Estonia – 3.00€ including VAT.
- Delivery to SmartPost parcel machines – 2.95€ including VAT.
- If the total value of the Order is at least 50.00€ (including VAT), there is no transport fee. The transport charge (if applicable) will be indicated separately before payment for the Order.
4. How long does it take to deliver the products?
KALAKRATT delivers within Estonia from Monday to Friday. Orders will be fulfilled within 3 working days at the latest.
The Seller delivers the products to the Buyer at the parcel terminal indicated in the order within 2-5 working days. The Buyer undertakes to ensure receipt of the products.
In case the Buyer does not guarantee the receipt of the products when the Seller first arrives at the Buyer’s location (parcel terminal) or the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered products to the Buyer at the agreed time due to any other circumstance on the part of the Buyer, the Seller has the right not to deliver the products to the Buyer and the purchase amount will not be refunded.
In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the Products within the time period specified in the order due to circumstances attributable to the Seller, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer immediately using the contact details provided in the order. The Seller and the Buyer shall agree on a new delivery period. In the event that the Seller and the Buyer fail to agree on a new delivery time, the Buyer and the Seller shall consider the sales contract for the specific order to be terminated and the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer the purchase price to the bank account provided by the Buyer within 7 days from the delivery date indicated in the order.
The risk of damage to or loss of the products is transferred to the customer upon receipt.
PAYMENT METHODS
1. What payment methods does KALAKRATT offer?
You can pay for your order by bank transfer or bank card.
The payment method service is provided by the authorised service provider Maksekeskus AS (maksekeskus.ee).
2. How can I get an invoice?
The invoice will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order is placed.
3. How to get and use coupons?
Coupons are available as prizes in various games and competitions, as well as promotional offers run by KALAKRATT.
Coupons can be generic in the case of promotional offers or unique for each user. You can enter the coupon in the “Coupon Code” box when placing your order and click on the “Apply Coupon” button.
