It’s a crunch with the power of real fish – just the right amount of spice, just the right amount of sea salt. We’re experimenting with how to pack that flavour into the simplest, most enjoyable form. Name? That’s something we’re still figuring out with the crabs.

It’s a clear, backbone stew that wants to become the foundation of your home cooking. It’s slow, it’s honest, and it carries both the sea breeze and the warmth of the kitchen. This newcomer is not afraid of its natural nature. It doesn’t hide itself, it doesn’t want too much impurity. It’s clean, tasty, and just the right amount of crunchy – like the moment the sea touches your tongue for the first time. We still call it a workhorse, but its content speaks for itself. Raw but bold. Genuine in taste, sincere in nature.
